MEETING AGENDA
February 18, 2014

A meeting of the CCAC will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2014 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in Room 118 of the City & County Building, 451 South State Street.

The meeting is open to the public.

1.  Meeting Open & Welcome, establish quorum

2.  Presentation & introduction of new Committee appointees:   
     Cori  Dawn Petersen (Mayor); Dale Cox (City Council); and,  
     reappointments including Connie Spyropoulos-Linardakis (City Council)
     & Kerma Jones (Mayor).

3.  Review & adopt February 19, 2013 and October 29, 2013 meeting 
     minutes

4.  Committee Updates & Housekeeping Items:
        -  Report on changes to City’s Boards & Commission ordinance;
        -  CCAC membership report, including Committee appointments and   
           term dates; and,
        -  Civility Pledge forms from Mayor’s Office.

5.   Salt Lake City Police Association (Local 75, AFL-CIO) presentation to 
      Committee 

6.   Salt Lake International Association of Firefighters (Local 1645) 
      presentation to Committee

7.   Presentation of 2013-14 WorldatWork salary budget forecast, local 
      economic conditions report and presentation of market survey data –
      David Salazar, City Compensation Program Administrator

8.   Benefits Report & Update – Jodi Langford, Benefits Program   
      Administrator

9.    Confirm next meeting date: MONDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2014, 3-5 pm

10.  Adjourn Meeting
