KAYSVILLE CITY COUNCIL
MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 4, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening.
2. Presentation of Award of Excellence to Parks and Recreation Department for national tournament – Jerry Coleman, Utah Amateur Softball Association.
3. Call to the public limited to three minutes.
4. H & R Subdivision final plat and Development Agreement at 1955 South 350 East, consisting of five lots on 350 East Street, including four twin home lots and one flag lot – Harvey Jeppsen.
5. Agreement for Modification of an Easement for lane connecting Ashford Drive and Windsor Lane – Bruce Montrone.
6. Saddlebrook Estates Subdivision final plat at approximately 2260 West 200 North, consisting of 29 lots and open space on two cul-de-sac streets – Henry Walker Homes.
7. Overlay of the PRUD – Planned Residential Unit Development overlay zone on 22.7 acres of property at approximately 2260 West 200 North – Henry Walker Homes.
8. Shephard’s Landing Subdivision preliminary plat at approximately 35 West Shepard Lane, consisting of 75 lots on several streets – Henry Walker Homes.
9. Acceptance of Pine Cove Lane as City street.
10. Agreement to Terminate Parking Lot Agreement and Parking Lot Agreement on Lot 91 of the Kaysville Business Park at 352 North Flint Street.
11. Sale of property and grant of easements for right-of-way on 200 North Street and Flint Street consisting of 0.239 acre for right-of-way, a 0.079 acre easement on 200 North Street and a 0.226 acre easement on Flint Street.
