Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, January 28, 2014, commencing at 6:00 P.M.

Discussion and Possible Action on RZN 13-034, an amendment to the concept plan for The Cove located in the vicinity east of Hillsborough between 2700 North and 2550 North, which property lies in the RM (Residential Multi-Family) zoning district. The revision consists of 82 townhome units from the original plan of 132 apartment units, for a total project count of 137 and overall density of 12.57 DU/AC., a reduction of 50 units and an original density of 17.16 DU/AC. Discussion and Possible Action on RZN 13-036, for the initiation of reversion to original zoning designation, pursuant to 18.62.080 of the Zoning Ordinance, for the property located in the vicinity of the northwest corner of 600 West and 2550 North (TIN: 17-063-0029) from the MUE (Mixed-Use East) zoning district to the RE-20 (Residential, Single-Family) zoning district.
