KAYSVILLE CITY COUNCIL
MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 21, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville. The agenda shall be as follows:
1. Opening.
2. Call to the public limited to three minutes.
3. Andreasen Estates Subdivision preliminary and final plat at 42 East Shepard Lane, consisting of three lots on Shepard Lane and 50 West Street – Ryan Andreasen.
4. H & R Subdivision final plat at 1955 South 350 East, consisting of five lots on 350 East Street, including four twin home lots and one flag lot – Harvey Jeppsen.
5. Sunset Equestrian Estates Plat 14B Subdivision final plat at approximately 1400 South Thoroughbred Drive, consisting of 13 lots on three streets – Woodside Homes.
6. Sunset Equestrian Estates Plat 13B Subdivision preliminary plat at Seabiscuit Drive and Mare Drive, consisting of three lots on a cul-de-sac street – Woodside Homes.
7. The Cottages at Hyde Park Subdivision Phases 2 and 3 final plats at approximately 530 North Main Street, consisting of 12 townhomes and 17 lots on private streets – Ovation Homes.
8. Acceptance of improvements in Hill Farms Phase 1C Subdivision at 200 North and Angel Street – Destination Homes.
9. Agreement for Modification of an Easement for lane connecting Ashford Drive and Windsor Lane – Bruce Montrone.
10. Acceptance of Pine Cove Lane to be City street – Eric Myrberg.
11. Agreement with Avenue Consultants to provide design services to Kaysville City for the proposed signalized intersection at 200 North and Fairfield Road.
12. Appointment of Planning Commission member.
13. Appointment of City Recorder and Treasurer.
14. Council Member reports.
15. Minutes.
16. Claims.
17. Calendar.
18. Closed meeting to discuss purchase and sale of property.
19. Adjournment.
