KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in Room A of the Municipal Center.

The agenda shall be as follows:

1.   Opening and approval of minutes of the July 9, 2009 meeting.
2.   Election of Planning Commission Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson.
3.   Conditional use permit for a major home occupation:
a.   Preschool at 1011 South View Crest Lane – Lori Conger.
b.   Naturopathic medicine at 102 East Shadowbrook Lane – Benton Bramwell.
4.   Conditional use permit for a dance studio at 860 West 300 North – Davis County Ballroom, Encore Performing Arts, Show Stoppers.
5.   Conditional use permit for farm animals at 246 North Wilkie Street – Jennifer Healey.
6.   Conditional use permit for farm animals at 1373 South 700 East – Alan Farnes.
7.   Conditional use permit for farm animals at 284 South 850 East – Andrew Glaze.
8.   Public hearing and amendment of Section 17-4-1, Establishment of Planning Commission, of Title 17, Planning and Zoning.
9.   Call to the public.
10.  Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission:
