Notice is hereby given that the Draper City Council will hold a Business Meeting beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 in the City Council Chambers at 1020 East Pioneer Road, Draper, Utah.

7:10 p.m.	3.0	Citizen Comments: To be considerate of everyone attending the meeting and to more closely follow the published agenda times, public comments will be restricted to items not listed on the agenda and limited to three minutes per person per item.  A spokesperson who has been asked by a group to summarize their concerns will be allowed five minutes to speak.  Comments which cannot be made within these limits should be submitted in writing to the City Recorder prior to noon the day before the meeting.  Comments pertaining to an item on the agenda should not be given at this time but should be held until that item is called.

7:55 p.m.	6.0	Public Hearing: Ordinance #1070, Public Hearing: On the request of Draper City, for approval of a Zoning Map Amendment of 2.34 acres at 365 E. Steep Mountain Drive from the OS Open Space zone to R3 Third-Acre Residential zone.  This application is otherwise known as the Steep Mountain Church Zone Change Request, Application #130920-365E. 8:00 p.m.	7.0	Public Hearing: Ordinances #1066 and #1067, On the request of Matt Lepire, representing Mariner Real Estate Management, First National Bank, and Quest Development for approval of Land Use and Zoning Map Amendments of 9.68 acres at 12223 S. Galena Park Boulevard.  The applicant is proposing to change the General Plan Map from Neighborhood Commercial to Residential Medium-High Density and changing the zoning designation from CC Community Commercial to RM1 Multiple-Family Residential.  This application is otherwise known as the Galena Park Place General Plan and Zoning Map Amendments Request, Application #130903-12223S. 8:10 p.m.	9.0	Public Hearing: Ordinance #1071, On the request of Daniel Sprengeler, representing Southwestern Furniture/Ashley Furniture for approval of a Text Amendment in the CSD-SWF (Commercial Special District- Southwestern Furniture) Zone regarding the provision of banner signs. This application is otherwise known as the Southwestern Furniture CSD Banner Text Amendment Request, Application #130816-13177S.
