NOTICE OF AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Wellington City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at the Wellington City Hall, located at 150 West Main Street, Wellington, Utah. Meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM and the agenda shall be as follows:
1. Public Comment Period.
2. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s).
3. Public Hearing – Randy and Loralie Thayn Annexation.
4. Ordinance 2013-02. An Ordinance Amending  the Municipal Zoning Map, Annexing Certain Real Property and Extending the Corporation Limits of Wellington City, Utah.
5. Paul & Arletta Childs. Complaint on Dogs and Trashy Back Yards.
6. Appointment of Election Judges for the November 5, 2013 Municipal General Election.
7. City Business:
