NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Provo City Planning Commission Administrati¬ve Hear¬ing on delegated applications will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. at 330 West 100 South, Provo.
ITEM 1 Josh Macedone, representative of Manorly Place HOA, requests final approval of the Viva Village Subdivision, Plat `A; a 14 lot subdivision of approximately 2.55 acres, including a vacation of lots 1-12 of Manorly Place Section "A" and the common area centered in these lots and also vacating Lots 6, 9, and "A" of Manorly Court, Plat `A` in order to dissolve the Homeowner`s Association. The properties are located at 583, 621, 623, 637, 657 West 1150 South, 578, 592, 610, 634, 646 West 1220 South, 1168, 1180, 1182 South 560 West, and 1162 South 680 West in the R1.8PD zone. Prior to the hearing application information may be obtained from and comments may be submitted to the Com¬munity Development Depart¬ment located at 330 West 100 South, Provo, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thurs¬day, or visit http://provo.org/comd¬ev, online. Decisions may be appealed to the Provo City Board of Adjustment by filing an appeal application within fourteen (14) days following the decision.
Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call the Community Development Department at (801) 852-6400 before 12:00 p.m. the day before the meeting to make arrangements.
