NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
You are receiving this notice because you are the applicant or a property owner within 1,000 feet of the property or an affected entity.
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the City of Bluffdale Planning Commission on Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at the Bluffdale Fire Station, 14350 South 2200 West, Bluffdale, Utah, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following applications:
• Preliminary and Final Subdivision Plat Application for Plat E-3 for 32 Townhomes including common areas and associated streets located at approximately 15000 South Broad Strips Drive (enter from Heritage Crest Way) within the Independence Master Planned Community, 4 Independence, LLC, applicant.
• Site Plan for 32 Townhomes including common areas, landscape plan, building elevations, and associated streets located at approximately 15000 South Broad Strips Drive (enter from Heritage Crest Way) within the Independence Master Planned Community, D.R. Horton and 4 Independence, LLC, applicant.
• Preliminary and Final Subdivision Plat Application for Plat G-3 for 29 Residential Lots and associated streets at approximately 15200 South and Allegiance Drive within the Independence Master Planned Community, 4 Independence, LLC, applicant.
• Site Plan for Summit Academy K-8 Charter School located at approximately 1000 West Heritage Crest Way (Lot 1 of Plat H-1) within the Independence Master Planned Community, Summit Academy K-8, applicant.
The hearing is scheduled in connection with a regularly scheduled meeting of the City of Bluffdale Planning Commission, which will begin at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. If you cannot attend, please feel free to provide comments in writing. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing assistance or other services for this meeting should contact Bluffdale City Hall at least 24 hours in advance of such meeting at (801) 254-2200.
