Description/Agenda:	PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE EMERGENCY MEETING Conditional Use Permit - Pineda Accessory Building Lot HPS-2, 804 E 3200 N, Marion Matthew Pineda Public notice is hereby given that the Eastern Summit County Planning Commission will conduct a SPECIAL EMERGENCY public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on a Conditional Use Permit for an accessory structure exceeding 2000 square feet. The public hearing will be held: Wednesday, April 24, 2013, 6:00 p.m. Kamas City Offices 170 North Main Street Kamas, UT The applicant, Matthew Pineda, is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a 41,250 square ft. accessory structure on Lot HPS-2 located at 804 E 3200 N in the Marion area, in the Hoyts Peak Subdivision. The structure is proposed for noncommercial roping, horse boarding, and related uses.
