NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Provo City Planning Commission Administrative Hearing on delegated applications will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. at 330 West 100 South, Provo.
ITEM 1 Brant Tuttle, agent for Steve Strong, requests approval of Steve Strong Subdivision, a one-lot subdivision of 0.47 acres, which includes a vacation of Lots 9 and 10, Growfield Village, Plat `B`, generally located at 2380 North 750 East in the R1.10 (One-Family Residential) zone. Prior to the hearing application information may be obtained from and comments may be submitted to the Community Development Department located at 330 West 100 South, Provo, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, or visit http://provo.org/comdev, online. Decisions may be appealed to the Provo City Board of Adjustment by filing an appeal application within fourteen (14) days following the decision.
Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting.
