Notice of Intent to Amend the
Central Davis Sewer District - Impact Fee Program
Central Davis Sewer District’s Board of Trustees gives notice of its intent to Amend the District Capital Facility Plan, provide a written analysis of an impact fee, and establish Service Area #2 for the area generally bounded by the following description and shown on a map available from the District’s office:
AREA DESCRIPTION
The area under consideration is generally west of I-15, North of Clark Lane, East of the UTA track alignment (the old Denver and Rio Grande Railroad) and South of, adjacent to or immediately North of Burke Lane.
This area has been zoned by Farmington City for possible high density residential which greatly exceeds the District’s estimated flows for the area. All interested parties are invited to participate in the preparation of the written analysis
The District Board welcomes comments relative to preparation of this Impact Fee Program. Comments or questions should be submitted to:
