The method of determining the pro-rata share for purposes of reimbursement of the improvements is as follows: Total cost of improvements divided by number of benefitting parcels. A public hearing will be held before the Vernal City Council for the purpose of receiving comments or appeals from property owners benefitting from such improvements on Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at 7:15 p.m. or as soon thereafter at the Vernal City Hall, 374 East Main, Vernal, Utah.
