Municipal Council Action Agenda
1	A resolution consenting to the appointment of Gary K. Jolley as Fire Chief for the City of Provo, Utah. see PCC 2.10.030(3). Mayor - Functions and Duties. (13-007)

Municipal Council Public Hearings
2	Mark Boud, on behalf of MRBI Holdings, LLC, requests a zone change from CM (Heavy Commercial Zone) to LDR (Low Density Residential Zone) for a parcel of land located at 713 West 500 South, Provo, Utah. Franklin Neighborhood. See General Plan Policies Ch. 6 - Key Land Use Policies - Central Area, Franklin Neighborhood . See General Plan Land Use Map. (12-0012R)

3	A resolution appropriating $25,000 in the Mayor’s Office of Economic Development of the General Fund for expenses relating to an advance to Downtown Provo Inc., and applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013. (12-161) See Council Intent Statement 10.5.

The Work and Study Session meetings start times are to be determined and will be noticed at least 24 hours prior to the meeting time, but typically begin between 1:00 and 5:00pm.
