c.	Final Plat for Saratoga Hills LDS Church located at approximately 1150 South Pondside Drive, Joe Christensen, applicant.
d.	Site Plan for Senior Seminary Expansion located at 294 West Pony Express Parkway, Joe Christensen, applicant.
e.	Minor Subdivision for Lakeview Boulevard Road Dedication Plat located at approximately 1615 South Grandview Court, M.W. Brown

4.	Concept Plan for River Heights located at approximately 250 East Alhambra Drive, Randy Rindlishbacher, applicant.
5.	Amendment to Water Right Credit and Purchase Agreement with Waldo Company. 
6.	Adopting the City Council Annual meeting schedule.
7.	Resolution 13-3 (1-15-13): A resolution appointing Planning Commission members to the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission and
establishing an effective date.
8.	Master Development Agreement Extension for Jacobs Ranch.
9.	Real Estate Purchase Agreement with Central Utah Water Conservancy District for Lot 1 of Pony Express Minor Subdivision.
10.	Consideration Reports:

11.	Motion to enter into closed session for the purchase, exchange or lease of property, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the character,
