Ashley Valley Construction – Requesting site plan approval for a storage building on property owned by J.E.D. Leasing, located at 1620 N Vernal Avenue, Vernal, Utah; Serial Number 04:062:0021. 3. Uintah Partners – Requesting an amendment to the site plan approval for a wax crude oil upgrade plant to include a sign, on property located at 11500 South 7500 East, Leland Bench, Utah; Serial Number 16:010:0004. PUBLIC HEARING: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 4. Definitions
