PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Uintah County Planning Commission will meet at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at 152 East 100 North Vernal, State/County Building, on the second floor in the Commission Chambers.
PUBLIC MEETING: SITE PLAN
1. Anadarko – Requesting site plan approval for a shop on property located at 28623South Glen Bench Road, Uintah County, Utah; Serial Number 09:045:0001.
2. Ashley Valley Construction – Requesting site plan approval for a storage building on property owned by J.E.D. Leasing, located at 1620 N Vernal Avenue, Vernal, Utah; Serial Number 04:062:0021.
3. Uintah Partners – Requesting an amendment to the site plan approval for a wax crude oil upgrade plant to include a sign, on property located at 11500 South 7500 East, Leland Bench, Utah; Serial Number 16:010:0004.
