PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eastern Summit County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action for a plat amendment for the property located at 1072 S. Wide Hollow Rd., Samak, Summit County, Utah.

The applicant, Paul Ferry, is requesting a plat amendment to adjust lot lines shared by Lot 4 of the Samak Acres Subdivision and Parcel CD-645-C, to incorporate 0.07 acres into Lot 4 of the Samak Acres Subdivision.
