Notice is hereby given that the Herriman City Council will hold its regular council meeting at the Herriman City Community Center, 13011 South Pioneer Street, Herriman, Utah.
The meeting will progress as follows:

	4.1	Discussions and consideration of Ordinance No. 08-30 “An ordinance amending section 			18.24.190 of the subdivision ordinance regarding street lights (File 06S08)
		Rezoning:
	4.2	Discussions and consideration of Ordinance No. 08-28 “08Z08- South Farm LLC – 5147 		West 12600 South – Request rezoning from A-1 to MU-2”.
	4.3	Discussions and consideration of Ordinance No. 08-29 “07Z08- Herriman City – Proposing 		text change to the zoning ordinance regarding window signs.”
5.	DISCUSSIONS /ACTION MATTERS:
	5.1	Discussions and consideration of Ordinance No. 08-27 “An ordinance is amending and 			restating section 3.48.020 regarding engineering checking fees”.
	5.2	Discussions and consideration of Resolution No. 08.25 “A resolution expressing the sense 		of Herriman City, Utah, that a joint land use study of the area surrounding Camp Williams, 		a national guard installation, is necessary to determine the effects and future consequences 		of development around the Mountain View corridor.”
6.	NOTICE OF FUTURE PUBLIC MEETINGS:
	6.1	The next Planning Commission meeting will be held next Thursday, July 24th at 7pm.
	6.2	*There will be no planning commission meeting on July 24, due to the state holiday – 			Pioneer Day.
	6.3	The next City Council meeting will be held on Aug. 7th at 7pm.
7.	UPCOMING CITY EVENTS:
	July 19 & 21 – Sound of Music – Summer Production at the W&M Butterfield Park - 7pm
	July 24 – Office will be closed in observance of Pioneer Day.
	Aug. 1 – Cinema in the Park – W&M Butterfield Park – 9pm
	Aug. 2 – UJRA Jr. Rodeo Finals – W&M Butterfield Park – 9am.
	Aug. 1 & 2 – Relay for Life, 5:30pm on the 1st and 9am on the 2nd. Call 254-7667 for more info.
	Aug. 5 – Senior Citizen Social, W & M Butterfield Park, 12pm.
