                PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Uintah County Planning Commission will meet at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, September 19th, 2012 at 152 East 100 North Vernal, State/County Building, on the second floor in the Commission Chambers.

Minutes: Approval of the August 15th, 2012 Planning Commission minutes. 

PUBLIC MEETING SITE PLAN
1.	    American Gilsonite – Requesting site plan approval for a pump house & a bath house on property located at 29950 Bonanza Highway 45, Bonanza, Utah : Serial Number 09:055:0001.

2.	    Uintah Partners – Requesting site plan approval for a wax crude oil upgrade plant on property located at 11500 South 7500 East, Leland Bench, Utah; Serial Number 16:010:0004.
