1. PLNPCM2012-00345 Auto Sales Conditional Use - A request by Milton Updegraff, Autograff Motor Works, Inc., for a conditional use to use an existing building for automobile sales at 50 W 700 South. The subject property is located in the D-2 (Downtown Support) zoning district and is located in Council District 4, represented by Luke Garrott. 2. PLNSUB2012-00386 LBIG Subdivision Amendment - A request by Julian Finlinson, Lakeside Building Investment Group, to amend a subdivision plat for three parcels located at approximately 215 N Jimmy Doolittle Road (5375 West) and 5311 & 5355 W Yeager Road (190 North). The purpose of the amendment is to consolidate Lot 4B and a portion of Lot 4E, and consolidate the remaining portion of lot 4E with Lot 4D. The subject property is located in the M-1 (Light Manufacturing) Zoning District in City Council District 1, represented by Carlton Christensen. 3. PLNSUB2012-00425 - Sugar House Crossing Condominium Plat A request by Craig Mecham, representing Mecham Management (property owner), for condominium approval for the proposed building to be located at approximately 2100 South and Highland Drive. The subject property is on the southwest corner of this intersection and is currently vacant. The proposed condominium plat subdivides each entire floor of the proposed building for finance purposes. Mr. Mecham has submitted this application to satisfy the needs of the lenders on the overall project. The subject property is zoned C-SHBD (Sugar House Business District) and is in City Council District 7 represented by Soren Simonsen.
