KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center.

The agenda shall be as follows:

1.   Opening and approval of minutes of the June 14, 2012 meeting.
2.   Conditional use permit for a major home occupation B, art classes at 34 East 600 North – Denise Smith.
3.   Conditional use permit for farm animals at 394 West Mutton Hollow Road – Tanielle Carter.
4.   Conditional use permit for farm animals at 676 North 300 East – Emily Shunn.
5.   Conditional use permit for farm animals at 838 South Kays Drive – Michael Yates.
6.   Conditional use permit for a model home and low profile sign at 2012 West Hill Street – Henry Walker Homes.
7.   Revocation of a conditional use permit for a major home occupation B, contractor office at 88 South 760 East – Shane Anderson.
8.   Public hearing and request to rezone 4.98 acres of property at 44 North Main Street from CC (Central Commercial) to PU (Public Use).
9.   Public hearing and preliminary and final plat approval for Tyler Estates No. 3 Amended at 1048 West Tyler’s Way – MacRay Baxter.
10. Election of Planning Commission Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson.
