PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the HOOPER CITY COUNCIL will hold a public meeting at 5580 W. 4600 S.  Hooper, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 21, 2012.  Work session starts at 6:30 p.m.

	Inter-local Agreement - Animal Control 
	Consideration of Resolution to rename the Hooper Park to the Hooper Reagan Park
	Public Hearing – Resolution approving the Certified Tax Rate
	Public Hearing – Resolution- consideration of a sewer utility rate increase for sewer customers due to
                                         a substantial fee increase by Central Weber Sewer District
	Public Hearing – Final approval of the 2012- 2013 budget
	Public Hearing – Site Plan - Dennis Kendrick 5103 S. 5500 W.
