1.	Consent Calendar:
a.	Conditional Use for a temporary fireworks stand located within the Saratoga Towne Center development at the northeast corner of Redwood Road and SR-73, Phantom Fireworks, applicant.
b.	Conditional Use for a  temporary fireworks stand located at approximately 135 West SR-73, American Promotional Events, DBA, TNT Fireworks, applicant.
c.	Conditional Use for a temporary fireworks stand located at approximately 1320 North Redwood Road, American Promotional Events, DBA, TNT Fireworks, applicant.
d.	Final PUD Plat and Development Agreement for Lakeview Terrace Phase 2 & 3, located at approximately 100 West Lake View Terrace Road, Edge Homes, applicant.

2.	Public Hearing: Proposed Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2011-2012. 
3.	Resolution R12-14 (6-19-12): A resolution amending the City of Saratoga Springs budget for Fiscal year 2011-2012 and
establishing an effective date.
4.	Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2012-2013.
5.	Resolution R12-15 (6-19-12):  A resolution adopting the City of Saratoga Springs Municipal budget for Fiscal Year 2012-2013
and establishing an effective date.
6.	Public Hearing: Proposed Amendment to Annexation Policy Plan and Expansion Area Map.
7.	Ordinance 12-7 (6-19-12): An ordinance of the City Council of  the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah amending the City’s Annexation Expansion
Area Map; amending the Annexation Policy Plan including the addition of comments received by affected entities and the City’s response thereto; and establishing an effective date.
8.	Public Hearing: Proposed Revision to the Land Development Code, Title 19.
9.	Ordinance 12-8 (6-19-12): An ordinance of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah adopting modifications to the City Code, including modifications
to Title 19, Land Development Code, and other titles of the City Code; and providing an effective date.
10.	Reports:

11.	Motion to enter into closed session for the purchase, exchange or lease of property, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the character,
