Tooele County Planning Commission
The Tooele County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing / Public Meeting on March 4, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium at the Tooele County Building, 47 South Main, Tooele, Utah.

2. Approval of meeting minutes from February 4, 2009
3. AMD CUP # 09-00100004 – Verizon Wireless Cell Tower co-location, located south of Interstate 80 in Delle
4. CUP # 09-014000007 – Distribution facility in T-1 Zone located east of and adjacent to Sheep Lane, north of SR 112
5. Recess Public Meeting and Open Public Hearing

(a) Proposed vacation of the public right-of-way interest in Road #TC3602, located east of Hwy 36 south of Center Street in Lake Point
(b) Proposed vacation of the Town of Burmester, including all County right-of-ways within, located in Sec 31, T1S, R5W, between I-80 and the Western Pacific Railroad, west of the interchange of Hwy 138 and I-80
(c) SUB # 09-01400001 – Concept plan approval for a proposed Major Subdivision & PUD to be known as Miller Motor Sports Business Park Phase 1 located east of and adjacent to Sheep Lane north of SR 112
(d) REZ # 09-03000003 – Amendment to the Tooele County Zoning Map to establish a Construction Debris overlay Zone (CDO) over property currently zoned Multiple Use 40 acre minimum (MU-40) District located east of SR 73 north of Faust Road.
(e) REZ # 09-03000004 – Amendment to the Tooele County Zoning Map from Rural Residential one acre minimum (RR-1) District to Commercial General
(C-G) District for property located east of Hwy 36 and south of Sunset Lane.
