ALPINE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the PLANNING COMMISSION of Alpine City, Utah will hold a Regular Meeting at
Alpine City Hall, 20 North Main, Alpine, Utah on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 7:00 pm as follows:
I. GENERAL BUSINESS
A. Welcome and Roll Call: Jannicke Brewer
B. Prayer/Opening Comments: Steve Swanson
II. PUBLIC COMMENT
Any person wishing to comment on any item not on the agenda may address the Planning Commission at this point by
stepping to the microphone and giving his or her name and address for the record.

A. Conditional Use Permits for Home Occupations

B. David’s Court Plat E – Revised final
The Planning Commission will consider recommending a revised final approval for David’s Court Plat E (2 lots) located
at approximately 422 East Healey Blvd.
C. Telecommunications Ordinance
The Planning Commission will continue a discussion on possible amendments to the Alpine City Telecommunications
Ordinance.
D. Development Code – Articles 4.5 (Minor Subdivisions) and 4.6 (Major Subdivisions)
The Planning Commission will discuss possible amendments to Articles 4.5 and 4.6 of the Subdivision Ordinance
including a deadline on when a developer must request a reinstatement of a subdivision final approval.
