PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a business meeting on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at 429 E. Main Street in Grantsville, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 P.M. The agenda is as follows:
CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
7:00 P.M. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
a. Proposed conditional use permit for Macae Krogh Wanberg at 297 W. Clark Street to operate a home occupation consisting of teaching drama classes to children ages 6 to 14 with up to 10 children per class.
b. Proposed P.U.D. for Blaine Curtis at 14 N Hale St to expand the footprint, of the Parkway Dental office he currently owns and operates.
c. Proposed amendment of the Matthews Subdivision Amended located on the northwest corner of Willow and Durfee Streets with the E. Matthews Family Subdivision combining four (4) lots in three (3) for Sheila Matthews.
MEETING OFFICIALLY CALLED TO ORDER FOLLOWING THE CLOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARINGS BY CHAIRMAN DREW ALLEN.
1. Consideration of a C.U.P. for Andy Lewis for keeping of up to 5 cows at 147 E Katresha Street in Blake Mountain View Estates prior to home being constructed.
2. Consideration of a C.U.P for Macae Krogh Wanberg at 297 W Clark Street for a home occupation to teach drama classes to children.
3. Consideration of a P.U.D. for Blaine Curtis at 14 N Hale St to expand the footprint of the Parkway Dental office he currently owns and operates.
4. Consideration of rezoning for Grantsville Estates, LLC & Clark Realty, LLC on 200 acres south of Nygreen Street from an RR-5 / RR-1 zone to an R-1-21 / RR-1 zone.
5. Consideration of E. Matthews Family Subdivision amending Matthews Subdivision Amended.
6. Doug Young requesting discussion with Commission regarding changes to proposed senior living project at 560 E Durfee Street.
7. Approval of minutes of the February business meeting.
8. Report from Council Liaison Member Neil Critchlow.
9. Adjourn.
