The Board of Trustees of Summit County Service Area #3 announces one (1) vacancy on the Board of Trustees of the Service Area which must be filled by appointment. The vacant position is:
I. One member of the Board of Trustees shall be appointed as a representative of and must be a registered voter resident of the area designated as Units A, Band C, Silver Creek
Estates Subdivision, as platted in the office of the Summit County Recorder.
The Board of Trustees of Summit County Service Area #3 is accepting statements of interest by interested qualified persons who wish to be considered for appointment to the vacancy. Appointment will be made by the Service Area Board of Trustees in an open meeting of the Board of Trustees.
The deadline for accepting statements of interest from prospective Board members is Noon, March 10th 2012.
The Service Area Board shall meet in a special meeting to make the required appointment of a person to fill the existing vacancy from the statements of interest received by the Board.
