                NOTICE OF MEETING
OF THE
PLEASANT GROVE CITY COUNCIL

Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 in City Council Chambers, 86 East 100 South, Pleasant Grove, Utah. This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend and comment.

a.	Deputy Fire Chief Dave Thomas to recognize Rochelle Lopez, Victim Advocate/Dispatcher, for her contributions to the Fire Department.
b.	Presentation by the Boy Scouts of American Battle Creek District- Larry Ellertson.
c.	Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance (2012-3) adopting the Pleasant Grove City 2008 Storm Drain Master Plan Addendum, which includes the 2000 West corridor and outlet, basin transfers into the 2000 West corridor, updating impact fees, storm drain line extensions to undeveloped portions of the City, storm drain flow entering Pleasant Grove from Cedar Hills, snow water melt and storm water entering the City from the Canyons east of the City, and changing detention basin locations and sizes; and providing for an effective date. (CITY WIDE) Presenter: City Degen Lewis 
d.	Public Hearing to consider approval of the commercial site plan for McDonald’s Corporation located at approx. 2000 West Pleasant Grove Blvd. in the Grove Zone. (SAM WHITE’S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD) Presenter: Community Development Director Ken Young
e.	To consider the request of Lisa Young for final plat approval for Lindsay Estates Plat G located at approx. 66 South 800 East in R1-10 (Single Residential) zone. (SCRATCH GRAVEL NEIGHBORHOOD) Presenter: Community Development Director Ken Young 
f.	To consider for approval the request of Doug Turner for final plat approval for a 2-lot subdivision known Pleasant Green Acres, Plat “D” Subdivision, located at approximately 530 West 1250 North, in the R1-8 (Single Residential) zone. (NORTH FIELDS NEIGHBORHOOD) Presenter: Community Development Director Ken Young 
g.	To consider for approval awarding the Fugal Well Pump Station Installation project to CH Spencer.  Presenter: City Engineer Degen Lewis 
h.	To consider for approval awarding the Grove Creek and Battle Creek Drainage Structures project to Jordan Valley Construction, Inc. Presenter: City Engineer Degen Lewis
i.	To consider for approval awarding the FY 2011-12 Sewer Lining Project to Insituform Technologies, Inc.  Presenter: City Engineer Degen Lewis 
j.	To consider for adoption a Resolution (2012-09) authorizing an employer pick-up of Employee Retirement Contributions for City employees participating in the Firefighters Retirement System; and providing for an effective date. Presenter: Finance Director Dean Lundell
k.	To consider for adoption a Resolution (2012-010) authorizing the Mayor to declare as surplus a Ford 390 gas motor that was converted to natural gas, a John Deere diesel motor that was converted to natural gas and a 1995 CHEVY ASTRO VAN, Vin # 1FTJW35G1REA07672 and directs that they be sold according to the City’s policy for disposing of surplus property; and providing for an effective date. Presenter: Public Works Director Lynn Walker 
l.	To consider for adoption a Resolution (2012-011) authoring the Mayor to sign an agreement with the Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake and Sandy for the monitoring of water quality and carriage of flood flows from the Grove Creek and Battle Creek runoff to the Provo Reservoir Canal Enclosure Project (PRCEP) (i.e. Murdock Canal); and providing for an effective date.  Presenter: City Administrator Scott Darrington
