- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT The Town Council of Fairfield, Utah Shall hold a Work Session On October 24 , 2023 @ 7:00 P.M. At the Town Office 103 East Main Street Fairfield, Utah Work Session Agenda Open the Town Council Work Session. Roll Call Discuss and Review the Title 10.00. An Ordinance Adopting Amendments to Title 10.17. Conditional Uses. adding Sections 10.17.100.A.9. and 10.17.100.I. pertaining to Solar Plant-Large.Solar Ordinance Vote to Approve the Title 10.00. An Ordinance Adopting Amendments to Title 10.17. Conditional Uses. adding Sections 10.17.100.A.9. and 10.17.100.I. pertaining to Solar Plant-Large. Adjourn the Town Council Work Session. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The above agenda notice was posted on or before the 20th day of October 2023 at the location of the meeting, Fairfield Town Office 103 East Main Street Fairfield Ut, and at the Fairfield Historic Schoolhouse bulletin board 56 North Center Street Fairfield Ut, and on the Utah State Public Notice website at https://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html.
