ADMINISTRATIVE - Welcome by Chairman Bailey - Approve or modify the minutes of the meeting on January 23, 2024. - City Council report - Councilmember Dennis Alldredge and Curt Hare. 7:05 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING - To receive public comment concerning an amendment to the Fillmore City Street Master Plan located at approximately 600 South Highway 99 currently Orchard View Apartments Subdivisions. Applicant Blue Terra Development LLC. - To receive public comment concerning an amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code Section Section 10-2-1, to include body piercings and exclude sexually oriented business within the definition of Adult Oriented Business; to add a definition for Sexually Oriented Business; and amend the use tables of the commercial and industrial zones of Fillmore City zoning districts for the aforementioned uses of Adult Oriented Business and Sexually Oriented Business. - To receive public comment concerning an amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code Article A. Light Industrial District 10-9A-1, to allow security or management housing in the Light Industrial Zone. Applicant Gale George. 7:20 P.M. BUSINESS - To approve, modify, or deny a recommendation to the Fillmore City Council for an amendment to the Fillmore City Street Master Plan located at approximately 600 South Highway 99 currently Orchard View Apartments Subdivisions. Applicant Blue Terra Development LLC. - To approve or deny a conditional use permit for an Apartment development in the General Commercial Zone located at approximately 600 South Highway 99. Applicant Blue Terra Development LLC. - To approve or deny a conditional use permit for a Recreational Vehicle Park development in the General Commercial Zone located approximately 600 South Highway 99.
