- HIGHLAND ARTS COUNCIL MISSION STATEMENT: OUR PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE ENRICHMENT FOR ALL THE ARTS FOR ALL AGES IN OUR COMMUNITY CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: Shauna Larson (Chairman) KeriLynn Lenhart Ellen Burns Elaine Roundy Linda Littlefield Doug Cortney Kelly Gummow (Glade) Carol Hadlock Kathy Brooksby Annie Taylor OPEN AND PUBLIC MEETING TRAINING - Stephannie Cottle, City Recorder MINUTES AND APPROVAL CHAIRMAN ISSUES: New Art Classes and partnership with Visual Arts Institute. Progress of plans for the art show at the Fling. Introduction of our new City Rep, Doug Cortney. DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Each director report, Childrens Choir by KeriLynn, Art Classes by Shauna, Theatre report by Ellen and Jordana, Annie ideas for fundraising. Linda Craft Graphics and website update, any City requests, Input Elaine and Carol, Quilting, Kelly Easter Egg Hunt and Glade Finance. Next Board Meeting: March 6 at 5:30 pm Upstairs at the Community Center Building ADJOURNMENT: In accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act, Highland City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance can be made by contacting the City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 at least three days in advance of the meeting. ELECTRONIC PARTICIPATION Members of the Board may participate electronically during this meeting.
