- PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of Levan Town, Juab County, State of Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday February 7, 2024, at its regular meeting place, the Levan Town Hall, 20 North Main, Levan Utah, at 7:00 PM. PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING: The agenda shall be as follows: The order of business may change as time permits. 1. Opening Business: Welcome Roll Call Prayer Pledge of Allegiance 2. Discussion Items: Welcome Nathan Washer as new Planning Commissioner. 3. Action Items: a. Approval of past Minutes: December 13, 2023, Regular Planning Meeting b. Permit Applications: None c. Planning Commission Meeting schedule for 2024: Currently held the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7pm at the Levan Town Hall. 4. Reports: Office issued permits: Jeremy Dubinsky - Fence Permit 5. Public Comments: 6. Adjourn: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Levan Town will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting.
