Snowbasin Road Huntsville, Utah 84317 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda. I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Review and consider approval of December 11, 2023 Minutes (enclosure). II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Review and consider approval of claims (enclosure). B. Review and consider acceptance of December 31, 2023 Unaudited Financial Statements (enclosure). III. TRUSTEES' MATTERS A. Ratify approval of Water Rights Convey and WBWCD Assign Agreement (enclosure). IV. MANAGERS MATTERS V. OTHER BUSINESS VI.
