- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council a regular Council Meeting Tuesday January 16, 2024 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the January 2, 2024 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Brady Carter & Kevin Smedley: General plan draft 3. 5:20 Kelly Griffiths: Discuss water/sewer connection 4. 5:40 Shannon Terry: Library outdoor classroom grant 5. 5:50 Jennifer Marshall: Grants for center street 6. 6:00 Barry Marshall: Cross Connection Certified 7. 6:10 Other business Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
