- Rockville Town Council Regular Meeting Rockville Town Hall February 15, 2024 - 6:00 pm The Rockville Town Council will hold their regular meeting on Thursday the 15th day of February 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. The agenda will be as follows: Call to Order 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of the Agenda 4. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item. Public Comments -- If you wish to speak during Public Comment and Questions, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for items not listed on this agenda. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. Discussion/Information/Non-action Items 1. Report on Hurricane Valley Fire Special Service District - Pam Leach 2. Report on Recommendations of the Planning Commission - Chair Administrative Action Items 1. Discussion and Action on Resolution No. 24-0215-01-A Resolution Appointing a Town Council member to the Hurricane Valley Fire Special District Board 2. Discussion and Action on a bid from Superior Hardwood and Tile to Sand and Refinish the Floors in the Community Recreation Center and Town Hall. 3. Approval of the minutes of the January 3, 2024, Special Meeting. 4. Approval of the minutes of the January 10, 2024, Regular Meeting. 5. Approval of expenditures for the month of January 2024. 6. Approval of the January 2024 financial statements. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Mayor and Council Member Reports Mayor Pam Leach Michael Evenson Robin Smith Megan Honer-Orton Jeff Ballard 2.
