Welcome and Roll Call Mike Newton, Board Vice Chair 2. Public Comment Period A. Public Comment (3 minutes per person) Public input is invited at all NUERA meetings. In the interest of time, please keep comments at 3 to 5 minutes per person. Submission of written comments prior to meeting time is encouraged. 3. Resolutions Mike Newton, Board Vice Chair A. Resolution 24-01 Approving a Lease Purchase Agreement with Zions Bancorp 4. Other Business Mike Newton, Board Vice Chair A. Next Scheduled Board Meeting April 8, 2024, TBD B. Discussion of Future Agenda Items 5. Adjournment Mike Newton, Board Vice Chair Dated this February 2, 2024 Notice of time, place, and agenda of the meeting was sent to the Deseret News, the Salt Lake Tribune, the Provo Daily Herald, and Ogden Standard Examiner newspapers on February 2, 2024. Notice was also posted at the meeting location, listed above, on February 2, 2024. Board Members and members of the public unable to attend in person may participate in all NUERA meetings via conference calling.
