- NOTICE OF MONTHLY MEETING UTAH HOUSING CORPORATION DECEMBER 7, 2023 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Utah Housing Corporation (UHC) will hold a Monthly Meeting commencing at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, December 7, 2023. Trustees of UHC will participate via in person or video conference originated by the President. Within the meanings accorded by Utah law, the Meeting shall be an Electronic Meeting, and the Anchor Location shall be the UHC Offices at 2479 South Lake Park Blvd., West Valley City, Utah. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting special accommodations during the meeting should notify UHC not less than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Approval of minutes: - Monthly Board Meeting, November 2, 2023 2. Disclosure of Trustees' Interests 3. Resolution 2023-36, Authorizing the Issuance of Ginnie Mae MBS in amounts not to collectively exceed $700,000,000 4. Resolution 2023-37, Amending the 2024 Qualified Allocation Plan 5.
