- Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Genola will hold a public meeting in the public safety building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Council meeting will be as follows: 1. Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of Minutes for October 18, 2023. 3. Approval of Expenditures Total Expenditures: $ 280,446.08 Anderson Law Center: $ 3,850.00 Bankcard Center: $ 749.87 Caleb Rees CPA: $ 4,000.00 Dale Cox: $ 173,688.50 Franson Civil Engineers: $ 9,338.05 Interwest Supply Co.: $ 1,254.03 John Cowan: $ 1,740.00 Manny Escoto: $ 500.00 Pelorus: $ 1,650.00 Rocky Mountain Power: $ 1,256.00 Santaquin City: $ 15,495.63 State Bank of Southern Utah: $ 66,924.00 4. Approval of Work Orders Fire Department requests funds for a Piercing Nozzle $1,625.00 5. Caleb Rees our CPA will present the audit report and financials for the fiscal year 2023. 6. Commission & Staff Reports Police Chief Report Fire Chief Report Planning Commission Report Town Council Regular Meeting Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at 7:00 pm Page 1 Public Forum Audience members may bring any item not on the agenda to the Mayor and Council's attention. Comments will be limited to a maximum of five (5) minutes at the discretion of the Mayor. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. New Business 7. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2023-13 recertifying the Genola Justice Court. 8. Discussion and possible action on the possibility of a fire hydrant to be placed at 96 S St. Road. 9. Discussion and possible action on the need for flashing light stop signs at the 5 point intersection. 10. Discussion and possible action on the need to purchase a Cleary building for the new snowplow. 11. Discussion and possible action on a Multi-Jurisdictional Mutal Aid Agreement. 12. Motion to Adjourn The Town Council may exercise their right under Utah Code Annotated, 52-4-207, to convene and conduct an electronic meeting. To discuss the pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and/or purchase, exchange, or lease of real property) The Town will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
