- CENTERFIELD CITY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a commission meeting on December 28, 2023 at the Centerfield City Hall, 130 South Main; the meeting will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The Agenda shall be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance by board member 3. Invocation of elected official 4. Reading and Adoption of Minutes of previous meeting 5. Public Hearing discussion and possible adoption of all titles in the Centerfield City Code Book NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-3296 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms. Certificate of Posting: The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice & agenda was posted in Centerfield City Hall, Gunnison Post Office, posted to the Utah State Public Notice Website and delivered personally and/or electronically to the Commissioner and Planning & Zoning Committee Members on this 26th day of December, 2023. ________________________________________________ Lacey Belnap, Centerfield City Recorder
