- PUBLIC HEARING Notice of Public Hearing on February 1, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the Salem City Office, located at 30 West 100 South, Salem, to consider an adoption of a Storm Drain Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Storm Drain Impact Fee Analysis (IFA). TO ALL CITIZENS OF SALEM CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH You and each of you are hereby notified that the City Council of Salem City has appointed the time of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, for the purpose of a public hearing to consider a request from Hansen Allen & Luce to adopt the Storm Drain Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and the Storm Drain Impact Fee Analysis (IFA). All public is invited to attend this hearing and be heard regarding the proposed Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA). Jeffrey Nielson, City Recorder ***Updates on meeting time changes or meeting cancellations, we encourage you to subscribe to the Utah Public Notice Website (http://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html) and subscribe to Salem City Planning and Zoning and Salem City Council meetings.*** ***If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, there will be a zoom link available for the meeting.
