- WILLARD SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA The Willard City Council of Willard City Corporation will hold a Special City Council meeting on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. The meeting will be held at the Willard City Offices 80 W 50 S. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 6:30 p.m. SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING 1. CALL TO ORDER 1. Invocation 2. Pledge of Allegiance 2. NEW BUSINESS 1. Canvass of the November 21, 2023, General Election. According to State law as provided in UCA 20A-4-301(2)(b)(ii), the Mayor and City Council, acting as the board of municipal canvassers, shall meet to canvass the returns from a municipal general election no sooner than seven (7) days and no later than fourteen (14) after the election. 2.
