OLD BUSINESS Open Meeting Act Training - March 18, 2024, by County Attorney Christiansen Matching Grant for Chipper Progress Ambulance Director access to financial institutions and bank cards follow-up 7. New Business A. 2024 Budgets Approval B. 2023 Amended Budget Approval C. Fire Board Position Expiration and Advertising Procedures 8. Fire Chief's Report 9. Ambulance Director's Report 10. Executive (Closed Session) - The Beaver Fire District #1 may choose to close a portion of their meeting for the following reasons: 1. Discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; 2. Hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; 3. Hold a strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration or prevent the public body from completing the transaction; and 4. Hold a strategy session to discuss the sale of real property. 11. Any Other Business Properly Brought Before the Board. 12. Adjourn Meeting - Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting, March18, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
