- Public Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston City Planning & Zoning Commission will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, UT, in the Club Room, on Wednesday, August 2, 2023. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Agenda 1. Call to Order - Pledge of Allegiance - Opening remarks 2. Public Comment Period - Comments will be listened to with no action taken. Items needing action will be placed on next month's agenda by request. Individuals will be given 5 minutes to comment. 3. Approval of the planning commission meeting minutes from: June 7, 2023. 4. Business - Action Items Business License Inquiry - Trevor & Tayci Buttars - Tayci's IC's, 41 E 800 S. SFD Zoning Clearance - Austen & Michelle Powell, 274 N Main, Modular Home. 5. Discussion for process/documentation for lot split subdivision in Agriculture Zone A. Adjourn
