- CITY COUNCIL/PLANNING COMMISSION RETREAT WORK SESSION January 23, 2024 6:00 - 8:00 PM CITY COUNCIL/PLANNING COMMISSION RETREAT - WORK SESSION Harrisville City Cabin, 725 W Harrisville Rd., Harrisville, UT 84404 The Harrisville City Council and Planning Commission will be meeting to discuss associated budget items for Fiscal Year 2025, updates to the new municipal complex located at 750 W, and conduct training beginning at 6:00PM on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at the Harrisville Cabin, located at 725 W Harrisville Rd., Harrisville, UT 84404. The public is invited to attend and observe the work session; however, no public comment will be taken. The Council will take no formal action during the work session. AGENDA 1. 6:00PM - Welcome and Agenda Overview - Mayor Welcome & Introductions 2. 6:30PM - Training a. Open and Public Meetings Act Training b. Non-Discrimination Training 3. 7:00PM - 750 W Municipal Complex Update a. Public Works Building b. City Hall and Public Safety Building 4. 7:30PM - Budget Discussion for Fiscal Year 2025 5. 8:00PM - Adjournment The foregoing City Council agenda was posted and can be viewed at City Hall, on the City's website www.cityofharrisville.com, and at the Utah Public Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov. Notice of this meeting has also been duly provided as required by law. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Harrisville will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting.
