- Public Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston City Planning & Zoning Commission will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, UT, in the Club Room, on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Agenda 1. Call to Order - Pledge of Allegiance - Opening remarks 2. Public Comment Period - Comments will be listened to with no action taken. Items needing action will be placed on next month's agenda by request. Individuals will be given 3 minutes to comment. 3. Approval of the planning commission meeting minutes from: August 2, 2023. 4. Business - Action Items Ron Hansen - Update Discussion on previously approved conditional use permit (October 2022). Parcel #09-006-0016 & 09-006-0019. With possible vote. Charles Jensen - Business License, Conditional Use Permit - Majestic Mountain Motors, 13415 N Hwy 91 5. Discussion Items Brad & Katie Gibbons - Old bank building zoning and parking options. Adjourn Next scheduled meeting is October 4, 2023, at 7:00 p.m
