- The next regular meeting of the Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at 1385 South State Street ~ Conference Room 157, Salt Lake City, Utah. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m. with the staff briefing for the CIB. The action portion of the CIB meeting will start after the completion of the staff briefing. 1. Welcome & Introductions 2.
