SCHEDULED ITEMS 4.1 Appoint Planning and Zoning Chair for 2024 4.2 Appoint Planning and Zoning Char Pro-Temp for 2024 4.3 Creative Signs Andrea Diamond - Business sign on building and pole sign -100 S. 300 E. - R/C 5. ADJOURNMENT WORK MEETING TO WORK ON THE ORDINANCES AND THE GENERAL PLAN. In compliance with the Americans with Disability Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Stephanie Steed, City Recorder at (435) 826-4644 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
