- BEAR RIVER CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Thursday, July 20, 2023 Notice is hereby given that the Bear River City Planning Commission will hold a meeting on July 20, 2023, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Bear River City Civic Center, 5871 N 4700 W, Bear River, Utah. 1. Meeting Called to Order - Welcome - Opening Ceremony - Roll Call 2. Action on minutes- May 18,2023 3. Planning and Zoning Report- Karey Pelch 4. Discussion & Possible Action- Set a date to visit a Water Wise Garden 5. Discussion & Possible Action- Review Draft of Water Use Standard 6. Discussion & Possible Action- Review Amendments to Subdivision Ordinance per State Code 7. Future considerations- 8. Assignments for next meeting 9. Adjournment Planning Commission meetings are public meetings. All issues and items voted on during the meeting must be on the agenda. Those wanting time in the meeting to present requests must be on the agenda. Schedule this with Shanda Reney (see below). Public meeting agendas must be posted at least 24 hours before the meeting. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify Shanda Reney at least 24 hours before the meeting.
