Call to Order / Roll Call - Mayor Hair 2. Opening Remarks / Pledge of Allegiance - Councilmember Wilker 3. Approval of agenda 4. Approval of minutes of the City Council Meeting - November 9, 2023 5. Agenda Items- A. Public comment period (2 min/person) B. Report on P&Z Meetings held November 16, 2023 & December 7, 2023 - Development Coordinator Everton C. Consideration of Resolution Adopting 2023 Impact Fee Report - Recorder Twedt D. Consideration of a resolution appointing Lieren Hansen as the Millville City representative on the Cache Valley Transit District Board - Mayor Hair E. Consideration of a resolution to adopt updates to Millville Park Use Policy - Recorder Twedt F. Green waste collection - Mayor Hair G. Discussion on illegal subdivisions - Recorder Twedt H. Fees for residents that are only in their homes a portion of the year - Mayor Hair I. Setting of the 2024 annual meeting schedule - Mayor Hair J.
