- Special Service District #9 Mineral Lease Board Hearing Public Notice is hereby given that the Wasatch County Mineral Lease Special Service District #9 will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 5th, 2023 at the Wasatch County Public Works Building located at 1891 west 3000 south, Heber City, UT at 6:00 pm. Agenda I. Welcome II. Review and approval of 2023 Mineral Lease Budget amendment III. Adjourn Meeting The purpose of this Public Hearing is to amend the 2023 budget and welcome public comment regarding proposed amendments.
